EU Growth Plan Conditions Put Reform Compliance in Focus

On 5 November, the EU Delegation warned that Bosnia and Herzegovina risks further Growth Plan funding reductions if the country does not fulfil the required conditions by the end of 2026. No financial penalty or reduction figure was specified. This increases the importance of regulatory compliance, reform tracking and institutional reporting.
